Parkers WA delivered access infrastructure works across Terminal 3, Site 88 and broader precinct areas at Perth Airport, one of the busiest and most heavily regulated live-operating environments in Western Australia. The scope covered bollard installation, wheel stops, airport seating and the repair of damaged bollards across multiple zones, completed alongside a rotating panel of head contractors and civil delivery partners.
The works form part of the airport’s wider capital investment program. Perth Airport and Qantas have committed to a 12-year agreement covering more than $5 billion in precinct-wide development, including new terminal facilities, a second parallel runway and associated carparking and access infrastructure, reinforcing the scale and long-term nature of the environment Parkers WA continues to operate within.
Delivering infrastructure works within an operational airport precinct required strict adherence to airside safety protocols, security clearances and staged works planning to avoid disruption to passenger, freight and aircraft movements. Parkers WA coordinated closely with head contractors including West Coast Civil, Pullella Earthmoving, Capstone, Byte Construct, SRM and ABM to sequence works around live operational windows.
