Project Overview

Parkers WA delivered full-scope carpark access infrastructure for the new Woolworths-anchored Eglinton Village Shopping Centre, working alongside head contractor Capstone Construction WA to bring the site’s access, wayfinding and pedestrian safety elements to completion ahead of trade opening.

The Eglinton Village Shopping Centre is anchored by a 3,250sqm Woolworths supermarket with a liquor store, café, and 250 carparking bays, forming a key retail hub for the fast-growing Eglinton community on Perth’s northern coast.

Scope of Works

• Tactile ground surface indicators across pedestrian and accessible pathways
• Stair nosing installation for safety and compliance
• SB60 and shopfront bollards
• Back-of-house (BOH) bollards for loading and service areas
• Speed humps for carpark traffic calming
• Road signage across the site
• Pedestrian crossing markings and infrastructure

Supporting a Growing Northern Suburbs Precinct

Eglinton Village is a masterplanned community on Perth’s northern coast, ultimately set to include more than 1,200 homes. The shopping centre sits at the heart of the precinct, within walking distance of the future Eglinton Train Station and a planned primary school. Parkers WA’s carpark access works were delivered to support safe, compliant use of the site from day one of trade.
